Saw three cars in my parking deck at school yesterday all parked like this. It's not that hard, but it does take some semblance of two things:

Oh yes it can. It isn't letting me upload the shot but someone managed to make a saturn SL take up two spots by parking dead center on a line......Oh and they made sure to pull as far forward as they could between the two SUVs parked correctly in the other spots for maximum troll factor.
